We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation estate environments where the unique climate forces the coffee cherries to develop a dense, resilient structure and a deep, chocolatey sweetness. Our roasting process is a disciplined Small-Batch craft, utilizing precision thermal mapping to eliminate the bitter "noise" of traditional dark roasts while unlocking majestic notes of dark cacao, toasted spice, and crisp stone fruit.
